Welcome to the Strayer University Graduation Application
To officially graduate from Strayer University all students must
complete the form below. Upon completion, your student ledger will be billed a $125
Degree Evaluation Fee. Students seeking a certificate will be billed a $25
Evaluation Fee.
After completing the application below, you will receive a
confirmation email. In 7-10 business days you will receive a second email stating
that you are either cleared to graduate or that you have additional requirements to
meet before graduating and participating in a commencement ceremony or that you are
not eligible to receive your diploma and participate in a commencement ceremony.
Students interested in participating in a commencement ceremony should not make
further plans to participate until you receive a confirmation email confirming
your eligible status.
PLEASE NOTE: Your confirmation email and the second email
confirming your status will be sent to the email you provide below. Please carefully
check your email folders including your SPAM and BULK mail folders to retrieve these
emails. Students who do not receive a confirmation email should contact us at
commencement@strayer.edu.
Eligibility
All students must have a zero balance due to the University at the time of submission
of this application and no more than two courses outstanding in your degree program.
