Strayer University Degree Conferral Application
To receive your diploma and officially graduate from Strayer
University all students must complete the form below. After submitting your
application, in 10-14 business days you will receive an email stating that you
are cleared to receive your diploma OR that you have additional requirements
to meet.
Your student ledger will be billed a $150 Degree Evaluation Fee when
you receive the second email stating your eligibility to receive your diploma.
Students seeking a certificate or diploma will be billed a $25 Evaluation Fee. The
Degree Evaluation Fee covers processing expenses related to reviewing your academic
record.
Your diploma will be available for pickup from your home campus 10-12
weeks after you have successfully completed your degree program and you are in good
financial standing (online students will receive their diploma at their home address).
Diplomas are not provided at commencement.
